In the 1980s Mr. Yang worked in Beijing Police Department, accumulating rich investigation experience and skills, for which he received a number of awards and won the praise of his colleagues.

Under Mr. Yang's leadership Steele has provided high quality investigation services to businesses across China and around the world and has contributed greatly to their reduction or avoidance of risk and loss,  with both legal and investigative services.

Mr. Yang emphasizes good sense and caution before all else in investigative services, and he is diligent in his business management and his research, which is highly regarded by fraud prevention specialists. He has published articles in various professional journals. Mr. Yang has been invited to train investigators on numerous occasions by the major Chinese insurance companies.

In recognition of his expertise in investigative services, Mr. Yang has been invited to attend conferences in the United States and Europe. During his visits abroad, Mr. Yang actively publicized Chinese achievements in market standardization after reform, and returned to China with advanced investigation experience and understanding, which have contributed to Steele's development and enabled us to reach international standards.
