Corporate culture is a pattern of behavior and also a value system that is formed during the operation of the companies. 

Since 1980’s, along with other western management theories, corporate culture was introduced into China as a brand new corporation management theory. It has soon been popular in the field of management consultation. So many management consultation companies launched the services of management consultation on corporate culture. Establishing a good consulting project for corporate culture management can portray a good corporate culture atmosphere; effectively assemble various resources of the enterprise; enhance the enterprise’s management efficiency; reduce enterprise’s risks from many aspects. Take human resources for example, the frequent flow of personnel, especially the flow of key personnel, except the reasons of management and salary, the most important reason is that the personnel have no sense of belonging to the enterprise, and they just consider the relationship between company and themselves as the pure profit relationship, but do not relate their development with the company’s development. When the company runs into a difficulty, they put themselves out of it. In one word, they are lack of the “Master’s Spirit? So by establishing and actualizing a good consulting project for corporate culture, we can publicize enterprise’s value system to the staff and enhance oneness of cognition between company and the staff, in order to enhance sense of mission and responsibility of the staff to the survival and development of the enterprise. In Haier (a famous company of China), there is an impressive story: At initial stage of pioneering work of Haier, a female employee continued working in spite of her illness. Finally, she was diagnosed as cancer of the stomach, and soon died. The last word she left to her family was:?After my death, on the way to the funeral parlor, please stop at the factory’s doorway, and let me see it again. ?It is the deep feelings that propels Haier forward. The altitudinal trust and faithfulness of the staff cannot be actualized through any strict human resources system or high salary, and it is the advantage of corporate culture.  

There is a word in Chinese <Sun Tzu’s Art of War>: The winning of a man’s friendship is a greater achievement than the capturing of a city; it is better to make psychological operations than to fight. In the management of modern enterprise, there is no doubt that a good corporate culture takes the effect of “Psychological Operations? By the influence of excellent corporate culture, we may reduce the enterprise’s risk and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, so as to put the enterprise in the invincible position in the intense competition of the market.
