Risk Control and Management of Enterprise
The root of threatening enterprises?security comes from
interior management risk and exterior operating risk.
In course of business operating, enterprises are
confronted with various operating risks including vicious
competitions, awful executive ability, and changes of business
running environment, such as the changes of Laws and Policies.
By pursuing the root of interior management, it appears in
the aspect of human resource management, by that we generalize the
risk of interior management as human resource risk management.
The common problems in human resource risk management
include gray orders, disclosing company secret and trade secret,

So, enterprises have to reinforce the control of interior
risk, establishing and perfecting the risk prevention system of
interior human resource and the solution system of crisis, for
which are used to control the risk of interior human resource to
ensure the business security of enterprises.
Enhancing the ability of risk control in enterprises,
firstly enterprises need to establish the prevention and guarantee
mechanism in advance. The concrete measures include employment
verification procedure on general candidates and candidates
applying for important positions, which enterprises can learn
background information on candidates roundly and deeply, moreover,
polygraph test is the other scientific and objective way, by which
enterprises can grasp true information which can’t be obtained
through other resources, such as whether the candidate hides any
important background information which doesn’t be recorded in
the files, for example: criminal record, drugs, gay, bad
addictions, joined an illegal organization, business spy, and
etc.
Secondly, enterprises have to establish the prevention and
supervision mechanism during the crisis, which is the extension of
the prevention of in advance. In interior human resource
management, enterprises can conduct a public periodical &
aperiodic verification or polygraph test on employees, especially
the employees working on the key positions, and training on
employees for improving their occupation accomplishments. In
exterior aspect, enterprises can trust professional investigation

their interior management, for which their responsibilities are to
strengthen and perfect regulations of departments. In exterior

resource, the core method is to establish the system of risk

To sum up above methods of risk control, enterprises
should be with an eye to following aspects.
1. Train the consciousness of risk prevention, and set up
corresponding supervision system for ensuring the consciousness be
implemented in their management.
2. Establish the supervision system and put to use in
practice including employment verification, background
investigation, and risk test mechanism.
3. Establish consummate data record system, and analyze
those data, finally put them to use in practice by selection and
analysis.
